Japanese researchers found that Proanthocyanidins in GSE not only stopped hair loss but also increased the growth of hair. It improves microcirculation in the capillary close to the skin which helps to provide adequate nutrition and oxygen to the cells of the hair follicle and increase production of nitric oxide at these sites.

Grape seed extract is not safe for children, pregnant ladies, and women who are breastfeeding. Don’t take GSE in bleeding disorders and also with other blood thinners like warfarin because it causes bleeding.
